01 — Window
Refunds are available within seven days of the initial paid subscription charge, provided you have analyzed fewer than three reports in that window. Renewals (after the first paid cycle) are not refundable.
02 — How to request
Email support@marketplacesidekick.com from the address on the account. Tell us briefly what didn't work. We respond within two business days.
03 — Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within seven to ten business days. INR refunds via UPI are typically credited within 24 hours after processing.
04 — Exceptions
Refunds are not available for the Free tier (nothing was charged), for accounts suspended for terms violations, or for chargebacks already filed with your payment provider.
05 — Annual plans
Annual plans within the seven-day window are refunded in full. After the window, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent the next renewal.
